Join us for one of our most engaging professional development events of the year! Kaufman & Canoles will lead attendees through an immersive Mock Trial experience that brings employment law to life in a realistic courtroom setting.

Designed specifically for HR professionals, this interactive program goes beyond a traditional legal update. Attendees will see workplace issues and employment law principles play out through a simulated trial, providing a unique opportunity to examine how HR decisions, documentation, investigations, and workplace practices can ultimately impact a legal case.

Interested in getting more involved? We are seeking volunteers to help support the execution of this year's Mock Trial, by taking the stand as an actor. Scripts will be provided in advance.
